Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern orders, payment, shipping, returns and research use.

Last updated:

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms govern purchases from Longevix BioPeptydy, operated by Badawcze Studia Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received (or, for crypto, once the transaction is confirmed on-chain). We may cancel an order and refund if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where relevant. Prices may change without notice, but the price at checkout applies to your order.

4. Payment

We accept Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC and USDT. Crypto amounts are calculated at the rate shown at checkout. Because crypto is volatile, the amount due is fixed once your order is created.

5. Shipping

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will help investigate and, where appropriate, replace it.

6. Returns & Damages

Because our products are research materials, we accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days with photos; we will replace or refund. Opened or reconstituted vials are generally non-returnable unless defective.

7. Research-Use Disclaimer

Our compounds are sold as research materials and are not medicines, foods or supplements unless explicitly stated. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any dosing or cycling guidance is a reference only, and the researcher assumes responsibility for use.

8. 3rd Party Products

The 3rd party line consists of pharma-grade Korean compounds sourced from trusted partners and stocked within Europe. We are the reseller, not the manufacturer, and manufacturer claims are passed on in good faith.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland. Consumers retain their statutory rights under EU consumer law.
