1. Who We Are
Longevix BioPeptydy is a research compounds storefront operated by Badawcze Studia Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland. For any privacy matter, contact us at [email protected].
2. What We Collect
We keep data collection minimal. Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Contact details you give us (email, and optionally name and shipping address) when you order or write to us.
- Order details (items, amounts, shipping destination).
- Blockchain transaction references for crypto payments (public by nature).
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics is enabled.
3. Local Storage (Cart & Tracking)
Your cart and your saved tracking lookups are stored in your browser's localStorage under the keys lgx_cart and lgx_tracking. This means the cart survives page reloads and stays on your device. Clearing your browser data will reset it.
4. Cookies
We use only essential functionality. If analytics is enabled, it may set a small number of cookies to count visits. No advertising trackers are used by default.
5. Legal Basis
Under the GDPR we process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interest (running and securing the site), and consent where applicable (e.g. optional analytics).
6. How We Use Your Data
- To process and dispatch your order.
- To answer your support and tracking enquiries.
- To issue and verify certificates of analysis where relevant.
- To improve the store and prevent fraud or abuse.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share the minimum necessary with couriers (to deliver your order) and, if you choose, with payment processors. Crypto payments are handled directly by you on-chain.
8. Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Support emails are kept for a reasonable period. Local cart/tracking data stays on your device until you clear it.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email us to exercise any of these. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Since we store little data and crypto payments are on-chain, the attack surface is small.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
