>Peptide Calculator
Calculate reconstitution volumes and dosages for your research compounds.
Add -- mL diluent
Concentration: -- mcg/mL
Draw to -- units for desired dose
*For research purposes only. Verify all calculations before use.
Mixing Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
Gather supplies:
- Lyophilized peptide vial
- Bacteriostatic water or sterile water
- Alcohol swabs
- Insulin syringe for reconstitution
- Sharps container
Step 2: Sterilize
Clean the rubber stoppers on both the peptide vial and the diluent vial with alcohol swabs. Allow to air dry for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Calculate Volume
Use the calculator above to determine how much diluent to add based on your desired concentration. Common ratios:
- 10mg peptide + 2mL water = 5mg/mL
- 10mg peptide + 1mL water = 10mg/mL
Step 4: Reconstitute
Inject the calculated amount of diluent slowly down the side of the peptide vial. Do not spray directly onto the powder. Let it gently dissolve.
Step 5: Storage
After reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (2-8°C). Most peptides remain stable for 30 days after mixing. Do not freeze.
